Travel fees cover delivery, setup travel time, and vehicle expenses.
If rental equipment must be picked up later (frames, backdrops, etc.), an Equipment Retrieval Fee equal to the travel fee will apply.

Zone 3 — Nearby Cities(Such as Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, South Omaha, and surrounding nearby areas)
Travel Fee: $30Equipment Retrieval: $30 Zone 4 — Omaha Metro (within approximately 35 miles)
Travel Fee: $45Equipment Retrieval: $45
Zone 5 — Extended Omaha Metro(Far West Omaha, Elkhorn, Bennington, Fremont, and other outer areas)
Travel fees will be quoted based on distance and logistics.
Service zones are determined by travel distance from Plattsmouth.
Distance and service zones are calculated using the primary navigation route from Plattsmouth and are determined at the discretion of Balloons by Bethany.
